You can return to your daily routine immediately.A treatment session may last from 20 minutes to 2 hours, depending on how much of your skin is being treated. I went in to a dermatologist for a consultation to see what we could do for skin tightening. I was thinking maybe just some fillers and botox to smooth everything out. The doctor talked me into Thermage. He told me that it would take of 10 years and that in the long run, it would be more worth it because the effects would be more permanent. I don't see any results now after 5 months. I kind of feel like I need to try and get my money back.
