Portland
For more than a century, Portland has been known as "The City of Roses”, the Oregon
city having the perfect climate to grow the delicate flowers. The Rose Festival
held annually in June is the ideal time to come to Portland and perhaps also visit
a spa or a clinic where a specialist can give you the best advice on how to treat
wrinkles and other skin issues.
Parades, dragon boat races, carnivals and many other events will be waiting for
you in Portland, but first make sure you look your best and consider at least a
chemical peel or a microdermabrasion to make your face and neck skin smoother. These
are simple and fast treatments that can be done in a half an hour, but they don’t
solve deeper wrinkles or sub dermal problems. For that, besides plastic surgery,
you might want to try laser based treatments while enjoying the sites in Portland.
It is one of only three cities in the U.S. with extinct volcanoes and also home
to Mill Ends Park, the world's smallest park (the area is only about 0.3 square
m). Another important event, after the rose shows, is the HP Lovecraft Film Festival
held at Hollywood Theatre, the only festival of its kind in the world.
If your plans include spending much time outside, don’t forget sunscreen on the
neck, it’s a very sensitive area especially if you underwent a laser skin resurfacing
or a non-ablative laser rejuvenation that remove deep lines form the neck or forehead,
around the mouth and even crow’s feet or “spider” veins.
With a smooth and perfect face you can then go to a play or a concert at the Oregon
Ballet Theatre, Oregon Symphony, Portland Center Stage or at the Portland Opera.
Some other theatres, like Artists Repertory Theatre, Miracle Theatre, Stark Raving
Theatre and Tears of Joy Theatre are very much similar to those from New York’s
Broadway.
And while you are doing your treatment for the deep wrinkles from your cheeks with
Intense Pulsed Light, your family can enjoy a match of the Trail Blazers of the
National Basketball Association.
