New Haven
New Haven is the second-largest municipality in Connecticut, after Bridgeport
and just ahead of Hartford and the home of the famous Yale University. The 22 distinct
neighborhoods host a plethora of places where a potential patient can find the best
clinic and prices to remove unwanted skin problems.
Also nicknamed "The Elm City" because it had the first public tree planting program
in America, including some large elms, New Haven will offer you in terms of anti-wrinkle
treatments at least the fast procedures, like the chemical peels or the microdermabrasions.
These “lunch time” treatments peel away superficial layers of the skin and dead
cells and the skin will look much smoother and less lined, with less imperfections
(scars, freckles, age spots).
New Haven is also a perfect choice for tourism and living history. The city has
many neighborhoods preserved just like they were in the 19th and the 20th centuries
and is also famous for the New Haven style pizza, first produced in 1925, notable
for its thin crust. And also perfect to go to a clinic and undergo radiofrequency
rejuvenation like Aluma or Thermage.
They both use radio waves to heal the deep layers of the skin and correct lax skin
on the jowls, forehead, and around the eyes, plus other areas on the body, such
as the neck, abdomen, knees and arms. Thermage, even though it can hurt a little
more, can also take care of the "turkey neck" skin under the chin and also tightens
the skin on the abdomen, arms and hands or minimizes the appearance of cellulite.
As in choices for anti-wrinkle treatments, the choices are varied for food, so try
the white clam pie, a well known specialty of the restaurants on Wooster Street
in the Little Italy section of New Haven. Asian food is also very popular, just
like the whole family can enjoy the offers from the many fast food restaurants.
