Richard Burgmeier MD founded Perfect Skin Laser Center in Feb. 2000 with the goal of offering the most advanced laser and skin treatments available. He was one of the first doctors in Arizona to offer the Thermacool face-lift by Thermage, Laser treatments for acne, Photodynamic Skin Rejuvenation with Levulan, and Fraxel laser treatments.
